About me

On two wheels

I accompany you in finding your own connection with yourself and your surroundings. My name is Aitor, and I am passionate about the great outdoors and being in nature . The bicycle has always been a part of my life, accompanying me through every stage. It is my means of transport in the city and my way of exploring the world on a journey.

In my personal process, developing presence has been fundamental in reclaiming the ability to pause, feel, listen to myself, and find calm. From that place, I began to experience a more real and profound connection with my environment.

Bidexka is the expression of these two pillars in my life: the natural world and presence. I feel it is time to put these gifts at your service, so that curious people like you can find their own unique way of relating to themselves and the world around them. Through the simple, the basic, and the authentic.

Nature

I have spent years exploring mountains, woods, and trails—many trails. At first, I did it as a sport, but gradually, my way of being there changed.

For me, physical activity is the vehicle that allows me to explore, travel, and enjoy nature. Whether walking, running, or cycling, with a map or letting myself be guided by intuition, being outdoors reminds me that life can be simpler than the stories I tell myself. It is this passion that has led me to want to share this way of life with you.

Background

Professionally, I spent several years managing and leading international translation technology teams. In 2017, I began to combine my passion for the outdoors with corporate social responsibility, organising sporting events as a CSR Director. In the therapeutic field, I have trained in the Enneagram (SAT programme), at Institut Amar and in Gestalt therapy at the Institut Gestalt.

Companions on the road

My way of living nature and outdoor activities is the result of many experiences at different moments in my life. From the moment I learned to ride a bike until today, I have shared this way of being in the countryside, the mountains, or the woods with people who have left a deep mark on me.

Friends with whom a single look is enough to know it’s time to head down from a peak during a lightning storm; that if we take that turn, we can go a little further; that the shade by the river is a good place to cool off; that the porch of that chapel is a good place to spend the night.

I am grateful to them for the moments shared, their honesty, and their generosity in relating to nature. Each has contributed something to the way I feel and exist outdoors. This self-discovery journey is inspired by those shared experiences.
